BID Board of Directors
The Kenosha Lakeshore BID was created by the City of Kenosha under Wisconsin Statute 66.1109 in 1986 to allow businesses to develop, manage and promote Downtown Kenosha and to establish an assessment method to fund permitted activities. Along with the City, Kenosha Area Business Alliance (KABA), Kenosha Area Convention & Visitors Bureau (KACVB) and Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce, the Kenosha Lakeshore BID funds the activities of Downtown Kenosha, Inc. The BID Board meets quarterly, on the third Tuesday of March, June, September and December at the Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce office, 600 52nd St #103, Kenosha, WI 53140 at 8:30am. Meetings are open to the public.
